The Torrey Pine pieces and slabs are salvaged from various holes of the North and South golf courses of Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California. The Torrey pine Pinus torreyana, is the rarest pine species in the United States—an endangered species growing along the coast of San Diego County and on two of the Channel Islands.
We use Black walnut, Elm, Russian Olive, Juniper, Cedar, Broad Leaf Maple, Aspen and other various types of wood from the high mountain valleys of Utah and Idaho. All wood on hand has been acquired in a proper manner. After milling, it is stored inside and dried.
